ANIMATIONS:
The animations were created with After Effects and Blender. Initially, I also experimented with the use of Touch Designer, aiming for a tangible immersive experience.
Solution:
I designed an immersive landing page that:
Conveys the concept of thread as an invisible and emotional bond.
Guides the user in 3 simple steps: choose an emotion, connect with a stranger, create a shared “thread.”
Presents a gallery of past emotions (“Emotional Threads”) with poetic and anonymous fragments.
Integrates an AI Guide (The Thread Weaver) that accompanies the user and suggests connections.
Problem:
In the digital age, connections between people risk being superficial and fragmented. We needed an experience that would provide emotional depth and intimacy even in a virtual space.
